Origami Jewelry



Care tips?


Origami is coated with many layers of varnish to make it resistant (except non-origami jewelry). However, we recommend you to keep the jewelry (origami) away from the water.


What happens if my origami jewelry falls in the pool or large body of water?


The origami jewelry is coated in many layers of varnish. Making it water resistant, but not waterproof. If fully submerged in water, do not rub. Let it air dry.


Your ears are not pierced?


On request, it is possible to change to clips for non pierced ears with a supplement of 1 dollar. Send us a message before your purchase!


Is your website secure?

Orders and Packaging



Can I get a custom order?


Yes, feel free to contact us to arrange your custom order.


Packaging?


Your order is carefully packaged in a small box or bag depending on its shape. They are protected against shocks during delivery. The bag itself will have bubble padding inside.


May I still make an order if I live outside the Unites States?


 At this time, Origami & Earrings only accepts orders from the United States. 



How do I track my order?


You will receive an email containing your tracking number once your order ships. If you have questions about the shipment of your order please contact us at origamiandearrings@gmail.com



Shipping



*At this time we only offer standard shipping, but that is to change in the near future. 


*Business Days: Monday through Friday (does not include weekends or holidays). Processing and shipping timelines are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.


*For custom made items, please allow 3 to 5 days to create. Shipping will happen around 3 days after it is made.



Returns and Exchanges


Do you accept returns and exchanges?


We gladly accept returns and exchanges. Contact us within 14 days of delivery. Ship items back within 30 days of delivery.


Cancellations?


We do not accept cancellations, but please contact if you experience any problems with your orders.


The following items cannot be returned or exchanged


Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for:


-custom or personalized orders

-items on sale

-or any sort of intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)


What could delay my order?


Covid, or during periods of high demand such as the holidays. Or when a new product is launched, you may experience a delay in the shipment of your order. 


Conditions of returns


Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
